Kraft Paper Envelope with Air Bubble Making Machine

The MGA-47D-800 kraft bubble mailer machine produces padded envelopes that combine a kraft paper exterior laminated with PE with a 2- or 3-layer flat bubble film interior on a paper core, plus a releasing film for the adhesive closure strip. Size is set by servo motor and digital computer with a photocell sensor, covering an effective cutting width of Max. 640 mm and effective cutting length of Max. 500 mm.

Three sides and the bottom are firmly welded using both upper and lower heating elements plus ultrasonic sealing, and the bottom mold can be changed to switch bag length. Various unwind configurations support large single-line bags or small twin-line bags with double-layer feeding, each fitted with an EPC tracking device and tension control; output reaches 20 - 50 pcs/min for widths over 320 mm, or 20 - 50 pcs/min × 2 in twin-line mode for widths under 320 mm.
