The GF-H45 is a high-speed blown film line for HDPE (high density polyethylene), the material used for thin, crisp bags such as grocery and produce bags. It is one of five sizes in the GF-H series, which spans the GF-H35 to the GF-H65, and is specified for a maximum film width of 600 mm. The extruder carries a 45 mm screw with a 20 HP inverter-controlled motor, and the 70 mm die is matched with a dual-lip air ring and a 3HP inverter-controlled blower.

Output is rated at 40 KG/HR. The take-up tower is a fixed type with a 700 mm roller width, and winding is on a single-station manual surface winder controlled from an independent switch board. Options cover an auto loader, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, LDPE dies and air ring, corona treater, embossing unit, second-station winder and air shaft.
