AH-6S, the six shaft type automatic rewinding machine.
It's designed for rewind aluminum, PE and PVC cling film.
The feeding press roller is carried with precise pressure manometer and regulating valve.
Movements include automatic feeding material, automatic cutting and unloading the finished product.
This model has automatic length correcting function. It can correct the margin of product length anytime.
There are 2 type of mother roll width for AH-6S: from 250-450 mm, and from 300-500 mm.
The product length is from 3-250 meters, the finished paper core’s I.D. can be appointed within 25-38 mm.
Users can choose to equip label sticker device and hot melt glue device with machine.
They will make product more perfect.

Finished Product End Processing Conveyor System

The AH-CS Finished Product End Processing Conveyor System is an optional module designed to work with all Tru-Brite rewinder machines. It performs end-of-roll processing such as labeling, sealing, and wrapping after the rewinding process. Featuring an independent operating system, it can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into existing production lines, effectively improving productivity, reducing manual labor, and enhancing overall production stability.

Independent Conveyor Processing System: Can operate independently and be flexibly integrated with different machine models.
Label Sticker Mode: Supports both long and short labels with automatic application on the end of finished rolls.
Label Paper Mode: Applies printed label paper with logo or product information and wraps the roll end securely.
Automatic Edge Detection: Detects the roll edge position automatically to ensure accurate label placement.
Stepper Motor Control: Provides precise positioning and speed control for stable and consistent operation.
Customizable Design: Can be tailored according to factory layout and production capacity requirements.

The AH-6SP fully automatic 6-shaft dual-purpose rewinding machine features upgraded cutting and rewinding control systems. Settings can be flexibly adjusted according to different materials and finished product requirements. It is suitable for high-efficiency rewinding processes of aluminum foil, PE film, PVC film, and cling film, helping users increase capacity, stabilize product quality, and optimize the overall production process.

Upgraded Cutting System: The cutting blades feature a flat-edge design, making them ideal for cutting aluminum foil. The more efficient cutting action boosts cutting speed and finished roll output.
Improved Core Slot Design: Two new pneumatic cylinders have been added to facilitate stable loading of paper cores onto the chucks. Operation is smoother when transferring cores to the rewinding shaft, ensuring firmer chuck clamping.
Dedicated Motor for Post-Cut Speed Control: Speeds for the "rewinding in progress" and "completed but not yet unloaded" sections can be configured independently, improving conveying stability for large-diameter finished rolls.
Fully Automatic Operation: Built-in automatic loading, cutting, and unloading features reduce manual labor requirements, enhancing line stability and production efficiency.
Precise Pressure Control: The feeding press roller is equipped with a precision pressure gauge and regulating valve to ensure uniform material tension and improve finished product quality.
