With continued advances in engineering technology, the products can address each special requirement from demanding customers, including load, strength, speed, noise, and other operating conditions.

The bearing rings use high-grade carbon steel and undergo through-hardening, quenching, and tempering heat treatment. Nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy steel can be used to further increase rigidity and tensile strength. Aluminum, titanium, and other materials are also available for special requirements.

To accommodate different application environments, protective surface treatments can be applied to the bearing rings, including zinc plating, phosphating, nickel plating, and metal spraying. The manufacturing processes are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14000.

For large bearing rings over 2 m, low-volume or customized service is available. Different structures, including ball, roller, and combined types, are offered, and FEM software is used to calculate complex components and provide dimension-optimization solutions.
