The HTAC Burner Series represents a new generation of high-temperature air combustion technology, developed by Supertec to improve energy efficiency and reduce emissions in industrial kilns and furnaces.
Designed especially for brick and ceramic production, these burners use preheated air up to 500 °C recovered from the kiln’s cooling section, drastically reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions while ensuring homogeneous heat distribution.
• Operation with air preheated up to 500 °C at burner inlet
• Suitable for Lambda values up to 4.0, ensuring efficient combustion under over-stoichiometric conditions
• Low NOx and Low CO₂ emissions thanks to optimized flame geometry and staged air injection
• Fuel saving up to 30 % through heat-recovery combustion
• Stable flame detection via electrode or UV sensor
• Capable of operating with cold air during kiln start-up
• Staged injection design reducing peak flame temperature and NOx formation
• H₂-READY technology – burners can operate with up to 90 % hydrogen substitution and tested up to 100 % H₂
• Robust installation system with insulated air ducts, manual hot-air valve (FCV), flexible coupling, and support trolley for safe insertion/removal
