The MIZUKEN descaling machine uses high-frequency and variable-frequency principles to break up and refine water molecules, turning them into neutral small-molecule reduced water. The refined water has strong solubility and permeability, allowing it to penetrate scale and rust layers in pipes and equipment, gradually loosen and detach them, and then dissolve them back into the water.
- After the scale and rust have dissolved, positively charged ions (Ca2+ and Mg2+) flow out with the system's circulating water and are adsorbed by the descaling machine's outer electrode mesh (negative electrode), where calcium and magnesium compound crystals form. This removes the primary scale-forming factors (Ca2+ and Mg2+) from the system and reduces water hardness to help keep the system cleaner. The adsorption capacity of the adsorption device is much greater than the rate at which scale forms inside the piping, addressing the problem of scale in the circulating-water system at its source.
