The hydraulic workstation is tightly integrated with the shredder chamber, which saves space and protects the hydraulic station, and is easy to replace and maintain. The design of the standard V-type rotor, the equipped cutters, holders as well as the external bearings and hydraulic screen brackets have been recognized by customers and received good feedback. The MS series shredder can further adjust the design according to customers' requirements for waste disposal.Customers can choose cooling systems, rotor surface hardening treatment and other anti-wear devices. The design of the MS series shredder can meet the requirements of various waste plastic recycling companies, including general waste recycling, electronic waste recycling, and domestic waste recycling processing. Post-consumer film quality can significantly vary according to the market conditions and mainly depends on the type of collecting and pre-sorting systems which are employed by the recyclers. The material collected may present different degrees of humidity and contamination. In addition, waste film is often in very different printing conditions and shapes.   The main contaminations to be treated in post-consumer film are represented by the high quantity of organics as well as different polymers (such as multi-layers and PP).
