Серия WACL — это не просто стандартная машина для сухого ламинирования. Фольга холодного формования очень важна для правильного и точного контроля натяжения при работе с такими толстыми ламинатами. Что касается контроля натяжения, эта машина в основном предназначена для многослойного ламинирования алюминиевой фольги. Ролик арочной сушилки синхронизирован со скоростью линии, имеет очень низкое трение и устойчив при прохождении пленки через сушилку. Внутренняя сушильная камера имеет безопасное определение нижнего предела взрываемости, эта система может автоматически разгружаться при обнаружении высокого уровня летучих органических соединений во время производства. Эта машина также сочетает в себе функцию термосваривания лакового покрытия. Дополнительный блок грунтовки перед лакировочным блоком, что позволяет наносить двухстороннее (грунтовка + термосварка) покрытие за один проход. Секция нанесения покрытия имеет альтернативную функцию с системами нанесения покрытий прямой глубокой печати и полуфлексографской печати. Тележка для нанесения покрытия с системой самонасоса и возможностью быстрой смены работы.
