FUNCTION Use air to drive hydraulic pump. Once the outlet hydraulic pressure reaches the setting pressure, it will stop driving and won't waste any energy. If the outlet pressure is reducing, it will supplement pressure automatically to maintain the pressure continuously. The outlet pressure of the pump and the pneumatic pressure of driving are as direct ratio. The outlet pressure will base on the adjustment of pneumatic pressure to change. The hydraulic pressure (available hydraulic pressure from 60 – 500 Kgf/㎝²) , flow rate of pump and circuit control system will base on the requirement to be different. The circuit control system has the function of check. If there is no pneumatic pressure, the hydraulic pressure will be maintained. The best application is for work clamping systems or hydraulic pressure supply system which needs to maintain pressure for a long time but less operate. It has the function of inspection pressure and can be interlocked with the machine.

INSERT MOLDING TECHNOLOGY: When a metal, plastic or ceramic part needs to be embedded in plastic to improve product structure it is called Insert Molding. It is a widely used process and one that YOMURA TECHNOLOGIES specializes in. With Insert Molding, a part is placed in a mold cavity then a selected plastic material is injected directly over it resulting is a single part with the insert(s) encapsulated by the material. This process normally uses engineering plastics for improved wear resistance, tensile strength and weight reduction. Insert Molding can be a highly efficient alternative to the assembly of discrete parts using soldering, connectors, fasteners, or adhesives. It also expands plastic capabilities and can reduce final product cost by limiting the amount of costly metal needed to create a part. And importantly, because we can use conventional single shot injection machines for Insert Molding, tooling costs are lower than with a multi-shot processing. Benefits: Reduced assembly and labor costs Because insert molding joins numerous components with thermoplastic, assembly and labor costs are greatly minimized. For example, a single stamping can be overmolded, then perforated to create multiple circuit paths. Reduced size and weight By eliminating fasteners and connectors, and by combining the physical strength of resin and metal inserts, insert molding yields smaller and lighter components. Increased reliability With every part tightly secured in thermoplastic, an insert molded component prevents part loosening, misalignment, improper terminations, and other problems. The thermoplastic resin also provides improved resistance to shock and vibration. Increased design flexibility Designers appreciate the virtually unlimited configurations that insert molding allows. For example, in creating a 3D circuit board, overmolding permits circuitry to move freely through the part, from inside to outside, up walls, down in holes-and the plastic ties it all together. Soft Acicular Anti Static Device(CE)

Soft acicular anti-static devices feature high performance, high security and flexible installation methods, comprising one or two soft acicular anti-static rods, and a 5KV anti-static generator. Different from traditional acicular anti-static rods that use a single stainless steel needle to discharge static charge, the single discharging needle unit of a soft acicular anti-static rod is comprised of up to a hundred carbon fiber filaments, to dramatically extend discharging range, and hence enhance its anti-static efficiency. In installation, the installation distance of a soft acicular type can reach as far as 30 centimeters, which is 10 times more than the traditional acicular type, which is a very flexible approach for users, saving them trouble in production flows caused by installation distance. It can be used to adapt to a wide variety of combinations on machines for various industrial manufacturing purposes, for instance, printing machines, packaging machines, photoelectric machines and textile machines. In safety, most traditional anti-static generators are 10 to 13KV, while the soft acicular anti-static rod working with a 5KV generator can reduce safety hazards resulting from hypertension discharge, without compromising anti-static performance due to reduced voltage. In performance, traditional anti-static devices have a limited efficiency rate, at approximately 60%~70%. The optimal efficiency of the soft acicular anti-static device, when an appropriate number of modules are installed optimal locations, can be as high as 80% or more. (Actually, surveyed readings may depend on customer’s working environment, materials, machine speed and hygrometric conditions on the day of measurement).
