The welding feature is that the deformation of the joint is less, the material is not melted, and the thermal influence of the material is not significantly changed. The fragile cast structure or the intermetallic compound can be obtained, and the fusion of the foil and the small joint can be achieved without strong resistance welding. Long foil can be applied by roller type continuous welding. The KPP-45/55 is a high-speed P.P. plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine available in two widths — 400 mm (KPP-45) and 520 mm (KPP-55) — for applications such as plastic garment bags. The KPP-45 runs a Ø 45 mm screw (28:1 L/D ratio) with a 15 HP AC driving motor, a Ø150 mm die, and a Ø250 mm air ring; the KPP-55 runs a Ø 55 mm screw with a 20 HP AC driving motor, a Ø250 mm die, and a Ø350 mm air ring. Объемный дозатор серии SCM подходит для равномерной подачи маточной смеси, добавок и исходного материала в машину для обработки пластика. Устройство имеет выбор из четырех размеров дозирующих шнеков для различной пропускной способности. Устройство может поддерживать до четырех комплектов дозирующих шнеков для приема различных материалов. В SCM-D с применением трех компонентов: дозирование двух материалов через шнековый узел и свободный поток основного материала через горловину. В SCM-4 с применением пяти компонентов можно дозировать четыре материала через шнековый узел и свободный поток основного материала через горловину. SCM при высоких температурах сушки, например, при производстве ПЭТ-преформ. Необходимо добавить комплект водяного охлаждения, чтобы предотвратить застревание маточной смеси в винте. Добавьте «H» в конце кода модели. SCM синхронизирует скорость дозирования в режиме экструдера с помощью аналогового входа 0–10 В от экструдера. Комбинация загрузчика Вентури Shini VL обеспечивает автоматическую подачу материала в SCM в любое время.

Ming Jilee's MGPP-Serial P.P Blown Film (Tubular) Extrusion Line, double side winder version, extrudes PP granules through a rotary die processed by hard chrome plating, with the screw and barrel made of special steel that has undergone nitrating treatment, grinding, and hard chrome plating for durability under long rotation. Extruding speed is controlled by inverter. The series spans four models, MGPP-45 through MGPP-75, processing P.P. granules in a thickness range of 0.02 - 0.08 mm, with lay flat film width from 100 - 400 mm on the MGPP-45 up to 550 - 1000 mm on the MGPP-75, and output from 10 - 35 kg/hr up to 20 - 100 kg/hr depending on model. Optional equipment includes a 5TON chiller, 200 KG mixer with drier, hydraulic cylinder, corona treatment, double side embossing station, and double side winding device. The PT46X5 Series transmitter is a +/- 0.5% sensor ideal for general purpose melt pressure measurements requiring simple installation, repeatability and reliability. The PT46X5 transmitters provide the industry standard 0 – 5 Vdc amplified signal designed to work with DCS and PLCs, 1 – 6 Vdc outputs are also available.
