ISOTHANE 8000 series are polyether based engineering thermoplastic polyurethanes (eTPU) with tensile and flexural strength, toughness, abrasive resistance, fatigue resistance and solvent resistance. They can be injection molded and extruded. Suggested applications include electronics, automotive, power tools, oil-water separators and optics products.

ISOTHANE ETPU is expanded thermoplastic polyurethane supplied as foam beads, with low density (100–200 kg/m³) and high elasticity. It keeps high elasticity and softness even at -25°C, is an anti-yellowing material and has good abrasion resistance. Bead color and particle size can be customized.
