The ACS-PRO is an advanced single screw recycling pelletizing system designed for processing plastic waste with higher contamination levels. Compared with conventional single filtration systems, ACS-PRO adopts a unique two-stage melt filtration design, including a pre-filtration unit installed before the vacuum degassing zone and a final filtration unit at the end of the extruder. The first filtration stage removes impurities and ash content before the degassing process, significantly improving the efficiency of moisture, volatile, and odor removal under vacuum conditions.
