The exhibition marked a highly successful event for HCI, attracting industry professionals and customers from worldwide.  Our showcased FSL-TX1300 High-Speed Slitter Rewinder drew significant attention with its 600 m/min running speed and Ø800mm finished roll capacity, which delivers approximately 78% longer winding length than the standard 600mm roll.

At K 2025 in Düsseldorf, JANDI’S presents its 12th showcase of ESG-focused turnkey solutions that integrate eco-friendly materials, energy efficiency, and smart automation. The highlight is the JIT Integrated T-shirt Bag Production Line, combining blown film, printing, bag making, and recycling into one compact system producing over 25,000 bags per hour. Partnering with AVANI ECO (Indonesia), JANDI’S also promotes cassava starch biodegradable bags that decompose within 180 days—demonstrating Taiwan’s commitment to sustainable and intelligent manufacturing.

YICHEEN specializes in label flatbed die-cutting machines, available in all-electric and hydraulic models. Designed for high-volume production, these machines offer fast, precise full and kiss-cutting for self-adhesive labels, films, and packaging materials. Featuring digital control systems and modular functions such as CCD inspection, hot stamping, slitting, and waste rewinding, YICHEEN’s machines deliver high efficiency and flexibility.

In the hyper-competitive world of flexible packaging, profit is measured in microns. With Q4 2025 raw material costs being a key concern, the smartest efficiency gains are no longer in line speed, but in component-level precision. The data is clear: up to 20% of bubble film defects trace back to inconsistent rollers. At an LDPE price point consolidating around $1,245/MT, this is a direct and preventable drain on profitability. But the costs go beyond material waste.
