Bottom Sealing Bag Making Machine (Heat Cutting)(GF-J/SV )

The GF-J/SV series is a heat-cutting bag making machine for bottom sealing bags, the type used for shopping bags and T-shirt bags where the bottom seal and the cut are made in one heated operation. The series covers the GF-J20E/SV, GF-J32E/SV and GF-JD32E/SV. The GF-J20E/SV makes a single lane up to 430 mm wide, while the GF-J32E/SV and GF-JD32E/SV run two lanes of 330 mm each; maximum cutting length is 750 mm on all three, on film from 0.008 - 0.08 mm, with length accuracy of + / - 1 mm.

Production in non-stop operation is 220 CYCLES per minute on the GF-J20E/SV and 200 CYCLES on the two-lane models. Sealing uses a tensionless sealing type knife and a heat-cutting blade on a flat silicon base, with two or three temperature controllers depending on the model. SV models add a pneumatic lifting jumbo roll unwind stand, a servo drive system for bag length adjustment, digital control, rubber-roller out-feed with air blowing, and an automatic conveyor stacking unit. Punching presses, including in-line type, are optional.
