Пресс-формы для преформ с узкой горловиной оснащены разработанной Pass Card горячеканальной системой с игольчатыми затворами и гарантируют концентричность толщины стенки преформы ±0,075 мм (L = 100 мм). Плиты пресс-формы изготовлены из высококачественной инструментальной стали PDS-5 (P-20) (HRC 27–35), пуансоны и матрицы — из закалённой шведской нержавеющей стали ASSAB STAVAX-420 (HRC 50–52); 80 % компонентов можно заменить непосредственно на термопластавтомате.
