MTA HANOI 2019 Makes Its Timely Return in the North of Vietnam This October
Six successful editions have passed and MTA HANOI is no doubt a trustworthy exhibition for metalworking & engineering industry in the North of Vietnam. This 7th edition of MTA HANOI - The International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition & Conference makes its presence at International Center for Exhibition (I.C.E Hanoi) from 16th to 18 October 2019 and showcases a strong line up of cutting edge products and technologies; hopefully meet an increasing demand of the industry.
Metalworking industry in the industrial revolution 4.0
The age of industry 4.0 brings a wind of changes to the manufacturing industry in the North of Vietnam, which is known as the cradle of the Vietnamese metalworking industry. Besides the strength of machines and tools are improved, the revolution also creates lots of challenges which force manufacturers to upgrade and update their manufacturing system in order to meet the industry's demand.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the number of enterprises in the metalworking industry has increased rapidly, from 10,000 units (in 2010) to more than 21,000 businesses in 2016, accounting for 28% of the total manufacturing and processing industry enterprises. Currently, Vietnam's metalworking strength is concentrated in 3 sub-sectors: motorbike & motorcycle parts; household mechanics & tools and cars & auto parts. Many previous imported products are gradually being replaced when businesses master a number of technologies, high automation rates, contributing to the economic development process. These are the most obvious impacts of the 4.0 industrial revolution, when new technologies have radically changed the way and methods of production today, placing urgent demands on innovation and updating. Technology trends for mechanical enterprises in Vietnam in general and in Northern provinces in particular.
MTA HANOI 2019 - Staying the movement
Under the pressure of getting better and bigger year after year aiming to fully serve the need of metalworking & engineering industry, MTA HANOI 2019 expects to attract more than 175 exhibitors from 15 countries & regions along with 5 international group pavilions from developed industries such as Korea (3), Singapore and Taiwan.
