This partnership allows exclusive manufacturing licenses for cassava bags, requiring a minimum production capacity of 3 million medium bags per month. Our partners, including those in Dubai, Turkey, Mexico, Singapore, and South Africa have joined the “  JANDI'S  x  AVANI ”   family.

JANDI'S JIT system revolutionizes the bag-making process by integrating blow film, printing, bag making, and die-cut recycling into a seamless, automated workflow. This high level of automation ensures swift and precise T-shirt bag production, capable of producing over 25,000 bags per hour with minimal labor—just three operators can manage four machines within one hour. This innovative system not only enhances production efficiency but also significantly reduces operational costs.

Our JIT system is further enhanced with new features such as an Automatic Carton Packaging System. This system, which includes a Carton Erector, Roller & Belt Conveyors, Inkjet Printers, Flat Folder/Carton Sealer, and optional Code Reader and Robot for pallet stacking, offers a fully automated solution for packaging and shipping. This setup not only increases production efficiency but also saves space, materials, labor, and power consumption. Additionally, our die-cut recovery system ensures that 100% of the die-cut material is reused, reducing waste and lowering CO2 emissions by 10-15%.
